Cancellations and No Shows
Out of courtesy to other guests looking to schedule services, we ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. While we understand emergency cancellations, guests with more than two incidents in a six month period may activate our non-refundable deposit policy. Under these guidelines, guests who fail to show for their appointments may be asked to prepay a 50% deposit by credit card for future appointments.

Arriving Late
We understand that busy schedules or traffic can force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service in between another client or have another stylist complete your service. If you are more than twenty (20) minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.

Redos/Adjustments
We want our valued clients to receive a “no compromise” experience. If any guest is dissatisfied, we will adjust the original service at no charge within 1 week of original service.

Children
We love children! However, the salon is not conducive to unattended small infants and young children. We expect our adult guests to supervise children. Unless the child needs to be held during their cut, please do not plan to hold your child during your own service as it makes it extremely difficult to perform the service you are paying for with a child in your lap. If we feel children are in danger or disruptive, we will ask the parent to control or remove the child from the salon.

Pricing
We are deeply committed to providing you with the most professional and highest quality hair services and products. Each summer we will evaluate our services. We adjust our prices to reflect business cost increases and our commitment to continuously offering everything that you’ve come to expect. We are dedicated to offering not just a service, but an experience. Our stylists are highly trained professionals and are dedicated to keeping up with leading edge technology and the best education available. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and checks. Please note, there is a $20 fee on all returned checks.
Gratuity Gratuities are not included in our service prices. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, check, or credit/debit cards at time of check-out.

Waiting
Occasionally we do tend to run behind, we will acknowledge you and keep you informed. We appreciate your patience!
